The Chorizo Cheeseburger features a Certified Angus Beef patty topped with V&V Supremo’s spicy all-natural Mexican-style pork chorizo, then layered with melted cheddar cheese, house-made jalapeño pico de gallo, lettuce, and mayo, all sandwiched between a toasted spicy chipotle bun.

For the new menu item, Smashburger also partnered with Chicago-based V&V Supremo, a local family brand that produces award-winning traditional pork Mexican-style chorizo, made with 100 percent natural pork loin with no additional meat additives.

To encourage fans to try the chef-created burger, the brand is offering a single day BOGO deal on December 2 to give burger lovers who purchase a Chorizo Cheeseburger a second one for $1.

You can find the new Mexican-inspired Chorizo Cheeseburger at all Smashburger locations nationwide through February 15, 2022.
